Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Asaleo ERP platform, including the website at asaleos.com, the mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including business owners, administrators, members, and guests.

2. Description of Service

Asaleo provides a mobile-first Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform designed for small and medium enterprises. The Service includes business management tools for inventory, purchasing, sales, accounting, manufacturing, and other operational functions.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Business Data

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all business data you create, upload, or store in the Service. Asaleo does not claim any ownership rights over your business data.

4.2 License

You grant Asaleo a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your business data solely to provide and improve the Service.

4.3 Data Isolation

Each business organization's data is stored in a separate database. Business data is accessible only to authorized members of that organization as configured by the business administrator.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

7. Third-Party Authentication

The Service supports sign-in via third-party providers (Google, Facebook, Apple). When using these services, you are also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party authentication providers.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by Asaleo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asaleo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request export of your business data before termination. We will retain your data for 30 days after account deletion to allow recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice in the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
